On the enormous stage at Britain’s Got Talent, 10-year-old Souparnika Nair appeared to be a tiny thing, but her voice was so big it melted everyone’s hearts. <\/p>\n

She opened with a sweet rendition of Judy Garland’s \u2018The Trolley Song,\u2019 but Simon Cowell cut the performance short because he didn’t like the old-time show tunes feel of the song. <\/p>\n

Souparnika’s rendition of \u2018Never Enough\u2019 from The Greatest Showman was her next song, and it was here that everyone got to watch her really shine.<\/p>\n

The crowd was captivated by Souparnika’s tender opening verse as she displayed vocal prowess far beyond her years. <\/p>\n

In the dramatic chorus that followed, the young singer really let her voice soar to the stars, bringing the song to a close with a vocal <\/p>\n

Although Souparnika’s initial rendition of the 1944 hit \u2018The Trolley Song” was adorable, Cowell may have been right <\/p>\n

to advance her to the next song because it lacked \u2018Never Enough\u2019’s powerful emotional effect. Cowell said, <\/p>\n

\u2018I love you, but I didn’t love the song.\u2019 Cowell continued, \u2018It’s the sort of song I imagine, if David ever released a single, <\/p>\n

honestly that’s what’d be and I couldn’t get that out of my head.\u2019 Never one to miss an opportunity to mock judge David Walliams.<\/p>\n

It’s quite an old fashioned voice that you have, which I love, Amanda Holden complimented the young actor. And congratulations, you hit every note.<\/p>\n

Ah, Souparnika, I’ve got to be honest with you, Cowell said as he made his final remark, keeping the audience on the edge of their seats. <\/p>\n

You hit the mark perfectly. You truly, really are a brave little thing. The audience wouldn’t have it any other way, so the judges handed the little vocalist four unanimous yes votes.<\/p>\n

After performing \u2018Neverland\u2019 in the semi-final round of Britain’s Got Talent’s 14th season, Souparnika, <\/p>\n

who resides in the Suffolk town of Bury St Edmunds, was eliminated. She kept working on her music career after the series ended and frequently uploaded <\/p>\n

covers and live performances on her YouTube page. She has also made multiple appearances on BBC Radio, <\/p>\n

worked in musicals, and performed on various television shows like ITV’s Christmas Spectacular. <\/p>\n
