<\/p>\nThe saying that it takes a village to raise a child couldn\u2019t have been more valid after seeing what a group of people did to make a small boy feel good on his birthday. <\/p>\n
\u00c1ngel David, 8, had no idea of the surprise that awaited him when he marched into the classroom on his eighth birthday. <\/p>\n
However, at the end of the day, the event that followed his entrance into the classroom became an unforgettable experience. <\/p>\n
David was a student at the Presb\u00edtero Gabriel Yepes Yepes Educational Institution in Seville in the municipality of Eb\u00e9jico (Western Antioquia), Spain. <\/p>\n
He was from a family of four children and had never had a birthday party because of his family\u2019s limited financial capability. <\/p>\n
However, David had seen other children celebrate their birthdays and knew that he wanted one too. So he did the only thing he could think of to make it possible. <\/p>\n
He walked up to the moms of two students and told them what he wanted. <\/p>\n
\u2018The boy once came up to us and told us that he dreamed of a birthday party. We know that his mother does not have enough resources to celebrate his birthday. <\/p>\n

That\u2019s how we decided to join forces to celebrate his birthday,\u2019 one of the moms said, per elColombiano. <\/p>\n
The two moms then decided that the adorable boy should not have to clock another year without a party of his own, so they organized one for him. <\/p>\n
His teacher also asked to join in the planning. The teacher, Casas Ximeno, also co-opted David\u2019s classmates, <\/p>\n
friends, and other teachers to felicitate the special occasion. Thus, David\u2019s surprise birthday party was planned. <\/p>\n
As David walked into his classroom, his teachers, friends, and fellow students sang him a happy birthday. He instantly broke down in tears of happiness since his wish had come true. <\/p>\n
“Happy birthday, on your birthday.\u2019 They all sang, \u2018May you fulfill them happily and may you fulfill them again,\u2019 while David continued to grieve at his first birthday celebration. <\/p>\n
He was even more shocked when his neighbors, friends, and instructors bought him a cake and apple drinks. They also purchased chocolates that they could all split. <\/p>\n

The celebrant, meantime, was an avid watcher of the \u2018Paw Patrol\u2019 program, thus pictures of his favorite characters were used to design his cake. <\/p>\n
David’s classmates and instructors also made sure the space appeared appropriate for a birthday celebration for a second grader by decorating his classroom with balloons and a vibrant tablecloth. <\/p>\n
Everyone gathered to give David a bear hug after they finished singing. Then everyone got to share the candies. <\/p>\n
Ximeno made sure there was enough time to cut the cake in the interim. Subsequently, David received a gift and some candies that the hosts had gathered together. <\/p>\n
The birthday child showed off how happy he was to be spending this special time with his friends and classmates. As he went about, he was happy and full of gratitude. <\/p>\n
David remarked, \u2018I felt really happy; I had never had a birthday like that before.\u2019 \u2018I was crying with happiness because I was so happy.\u2019 My friends gave me hugs and wished me well, <\/p>\n
