Unfortunately, one area where a lot of individuals knowingly disregard the law is driving faster than the official speed limit. Every day, <\/p>\n

hundreds of drivers go over the speed limit; the majority do so without getting a penalty or citation. <\/p>\n

One woman, Patti, used her hair dryer to slow down cars near her house, as seen in a YouTube video.<\/p>\n

Patti discusses her experience that lead her to sit on the side of the road in a lawn chair, holding <\/p>\n

a hair dryer in one hand and a drink in the other, during an interview on The Kelly Clarkson Show.<\/p>\n

\u2018Our road sees a lot of tourists because Glacier National Park is very close by,\u2019 Patti remarked. They go by quickly. <\/p>\n

We simply assumed that we would eventually, or at least my son assumed he would give me a hair dryer and put me up on the road while acting like it was a radar gun.<\/p>\n

Law enforcement as well as the cars speeding past Patti’s house were drawn in by her funny stunt. Rather than being irate with her, they expressed gratitude for Patti’s efforts.<\/p>\n

Patti remarked, \u2018The Montana trooper had found out where we lived, tracked me down on social media, <\/p>\n

and came down and surprised me.\u2019 \u2018I assumed I would run into problems. However, he handed me a small hat and a small badge and said he intended to make me an honored trooper.<\/p>\n
