When their baby was born with this special trait, his parents Murat and Ceyda were shocked, making him a little celebrity in the delivery room. <\/p>\n

Being the first member of the family to have this unique birthmark\u2014a heart\u2014\u00c7inar has gained admirers everywhere he goes. <\/p>\n
His parents said to the Daily Mail that they were instantly enamored with the unusual tattoo.<\/p>\n
\u2018I was the first to see the birthmark after a nurse cleaned the blood on his head,\u2019 his father Murat, who is from Ankara in Turkey, <\/p>\n
said in a heartfelt statement to the news source. I was taken aback. It had an incredible heart, I discovered when I came to close his head. I had a hard time controlling my tears.<\/p>\n
The nurse cried out, \u2018Oh my God, unbelievable, he is a love baby,\u2019 he went on. Three more people then arrived and took some selfies. <\/p>\n
His mother broke down in tears at seeing him and his birthmark. It truly seemed like a divine gift. None of us felt bad about anything. We think he had his chance from birth.<\/p>\n
