When friends saw just a rusting wreck, the resolute young guy sacrificed his final money to buy the barge, to their disbelief and amusement. <\/p>\n
He was first hesitant to purchase a tiny flat, but his limited resources made him consider turning the boat into a distinctive place to live.<\/p>\n
Relentlessly, he gathered supplies for interior design from his dacha; all he needed was paint and a few tools to get started. <\/p>\n
Restoring the metal frame, fixing any rust, patching any holes, and painting it all new were the first steps.<\/p>\n

The young carpenter then tackled the task of insulating the interior and built small windows for a charming view of the sea. <\/p>\n
Even though it was modest, the bedroom was unique and cozy, with a bed that doubled as a wardrobe during the day and sconces that provided soft lighting.<\/p>\n
The carpenter’s ingenuity was demonstrated in the kitchen, which was thoughtfully positioned to preserve the existing piping and electrical. <\/p>\n

When it was finished, the houseboat was dropped into the water with grace, attracting the attention of onlookers. <\/p>\n
The young man’s fantasy of sailing over the seas in comfort was realized when he saw the renovated barge, which had the outside and interior design of a floating palace.<\/p>\n
