The grizzly stopped short of assaulting Gareth and, amazingly, sat on one end of the fallen tree that was trapping him. <\/p>\n

This unanticipated gesture gave Gareth enough leverage to release his legs. Then the grizzly moved on, leaving Gareth stunned and overcome with thanks.<\/p>\n
