Elizabeth Taylor fans are threatening to boycott a new documentary about the Hollywood legend because of Kim Kardashian’s involvement.<\/p>\n

BBC Arts and Oscar-winning production company Passion Pictures have teamed up to create a new documentary series about Elizabeth Taylor. <\/p>\n

The three-part series, tentatively titled Elizabeth Taylor. Rebel Superstar\u2019 aims to \u2018give Taylor the prominence she deserves.\u2019<\/p>\n

Kardashian will be one of the three executive producers of the series, and will also appear in the series and talk to Taylor about her company. <\/p>\n

The reality star called Taylor one of her idols and was the last person the 79-year-old legendary actress interviewed shortly before her death in 2011.<\/p>\n

But despite the promise of presenting Taylor’s life from a unique and never-before-seen perspective, that’s not enough to convince some of her fans.<\/p>\n

One of the users on X social network wrote: \u2018Shame on @BBC!\u2019 Others threatened to boycott the series. \u2018No, absolutely not.This is demeaning to Elizabeth Taylor.\u2019<\/p>\n

However, there were also those who defended Kim. \u2018It will be exciting to see how the series explores the life and legacy of such an iconic figure. <\/p>\n
