For the record, time has never lost. However, 91-year-old Edna Giordano gives time a run for its money. <\/p>\n

There is a video on YouTube that shows how Edna has stayed fit and busy all these years.You can see the woman doing a set of stretching and turning moves on the video. <\/p>\n

In order to improve her movement, Edna works out on a mat, in the kitchen, on a wooden chair, and even with weights. <\/p>\n

Toward the end of the video, Edna, who loves being outside, uses a park bench as part of her workout routine.<\/p>\n

People can see the older woman do a set of steps on the bench and even a modified push-up. She says in the video, \u2018I don’t even think about 91.\u2019 \u2018I feel the same now as I did 50 years ago.\u2019<\/p>\n

No one would guess that Edna is 91 years old just by looking at her. <\/p>\n
