Sarah discusses the history of the yearly dance marathon, which raises money for the children’s hospital, in a YouTube video. <\/p>\n

She also informed Kelly of the several more ways kids generate money to assist sick children throughout the year. <\/p>\n

That being said, Sarah declines to accept any or all of the credit during the interview. She continually <\/p>\n

draws attention to the kids, stating that without them and their commitment, nothing would have been possible. <\/p>\n

According to Sarah, her original motivation for becoming a teacher was to improve the lives of others. She continues by saying that the yearly dance marathon has allowed her to accomplish that. <\/p>\n

Around the 5:20-minute mark in the film, Kelly surprised Sarah with a video featuring students from throughout the nation who participated in the fundraising efforts. <\/p>\n

They compliment her for her \u2018mission-driven fundraising\u2019 and \u2018pouring her entire heart, soul, and life\u2019 into her students, and they all praise her for her many kind and caring efforts.<\/p>\n

The Indiana educator breaks down in tears. As she receives compliments and lovely words from her former students, she brushes her eyes multiple times. <\/p>\n

The teacher receives a $25,000 check for Riley Children’s Hospital at IU Health at the conclusion of the video.<\/p>\n
