By some fortunate coincidence, she need not.
\nHer landlord, John Perrett, passed away in September 2020.<\/p>\n

Despite being a multimillionaire, he had never been married and had never had children.He did, however, receive a kidney transplant thirty years before to his death, which extended his life.<\/p>\n
