according to the website Wedgewood Weddings. They act in this way because they think it will bring them bad luck.<\/p>\n

This misconception’s roots can be found in the custom of arranged marriages, claims Today’s Bride. <\/p>\n

When a prospective husband meets their child before the wedding, the parents of those ladies worry that their loyal daughter may leave them. They thought there was a chance of this happening.<\/p>\n

The only people who still observe this tradition are the superstitious, as most people have long since forgotten about it due to today’s standards.<\/p>\n

In the United States, a bride named Rachel Kwon made the decision to adhere to her traditional customs <\/p>\n

instead of the prevailing trend among some American couples, which is to avoid meeting each other before to marriage.<\/p>\n

A video that was posted to the bride’s YouTube channel in October 2022 claims that she dressed for the formal event with a big veil,<\/p>\n

long white gloves, and a white halterneck dress that looked like it was made of silk.She wore her hair in a tidy bun and applied very little makeup, keeping the rest of her look simple.<\/p>\n

Many were perplexed when she was being carried to the wedding location since it seemed like she had fabric covering her and an umbrella piece on top of her. <\/p>\n

Her primary motivation for doing this was to avoid having her then-future husband and guests notice her appearance before she said \u2018I do\u2019 at the altar.<\/p>\n

Kwon created the \u2018contraption\u2019 herself, based on the video footage she provided with her hundreds of thousands of fans on her channel in October 2022.<\/p>\n

The transcript of the film features her statement, \u2018I made this contraption so my husband and guests wouldn’t see me before I walked down the aisle.\u2019<\/p>\n

The stunning bride, who recently got married to her Korean partner, talked about other facets of her creation in the article’s comments section.<\/p>\n

She emphasized that, despite having to walk past multiple individuals prior to the ceremony, she didn’t do it \u2018for dramatic effect,\u2019<\/p>\n

but rather because she wanted to have a \u2018reveal\u2019 for her \u2018man.\u2019 Before the wedding, she mentioned that she had to pass past a number of guests.<\/p>\n

Kwon wrote, \u2018In Korea, the groom and all guests take photos with the bride before the wedding,\u2019
