We’ve all been there in high school, let’s face it: frantically trying to do an assignment that we neglected until the very last minute. <\/p>\n

In order to give our professors something, we would digress a little bit on the pages. But not everybody put things off. <\/p>\n

Some kids went above and beyond by doing extra work in an effort to stand out. Consider the student who gained notoriety recently for his homework. <\/p>\n

I have to admit that I have a hard time connecting to that degree of inventiveness. He was given an exciting assignment by his history teacher: <\/p>\n

to portray a famous person from his preferred decade. When I think about it, I see that assignments like this were never given in my previous school years.<\/p>\n

Still, the pupil chose to represent Paul McCartney. He played a version of the Beatles song “Let It Be” on the piano with a lovely voice. <\/p>\n

However, his scheme did not finish there. To everyone’s surprise, he announced his intention to serenade his teacher by asking her onto the platform. <\/p>\n

Though theoretically I was correct to expect another musical piece, the teen gave a deft variation. <\/p>\n

He performed a spontaneous rendition of “Hey Jude” for his teacher. The student showed incredible talent even at such a young age, not only in singing but also in coming up with original concepts.<\/p>\n
