Becky was informed by her adoring fiance that she simply had to meet someone before the wedding ceremony. <\/p>\n
At that moment, a man identified as Jacob, age 21, materialized, and Becky recognized him instantly. Jacob had gotten a heart donation from Becky’s kid two years prior. <\/p>\n
The recipient of the heart had traveled from San Diego by plane to be present on her special day. It was inevitable that the stunning bride would start crying uncontrollably. <\/p>\n
She even had the opportunity to use a stethoscope to hear her late son’s heartbeat.<\/p>\n
