Proprietor of wedding received a worrying call from a man asking her shop to reorder his bride’s wedding dress because that dress was… The story gained a lot of attention! More details inside

Unquestionably, one of the most challenging aspects of getting married is planning the wedding. Anyone tasked with the responsibility must put up a lot of energy and worry.

There is always optimism and faith that everything goes according to plan because that day is so significant for the bride, the bride, and their family. Unfortunately, being ‘perfect’ is difficult to achieve.

But when Kasia Pierga, a TikTok user and the proprietor of Kasia’s Bridal and Special Occasion Boutique in Chicago, Illinois, shared a crazy tale on her page @kasias bridal, the issue of what could possibly go wrong took on a new twist.

Kasia described receiving a worrying call from a man asking her shop to reorder his bride’s wedding dress in a video with over 5 million views.

The fact that the groom was eager to reorder the dress while having no detailed information about it gave Kasia a bad feeling.

Before the groom revealed the bride’s name and Kasia discovered the order, she was initially a little dubious.

Then she reasoned that perhaps the groom was perplexed and the dress required modifications rather than a replacement.

The groom insisted adamantly that he wanted a new one, though. In order to find out if a new dress could be created in time for the wedding, which was five months away, Kasia called the manufacturer.

Sadly, because the $2,300 wedding dress was personalized, the makers said they wouldn’t be able to produce a replacement in time for the couple’s nuptials.

The groom started crying after hearing this, which worried Kasia and made her wonder what was going on. The bride’s brother answered the phone after the groom handed it to another person.

The brother then went on to describe what transpired with the previous dress and the reason they were attempting to reorder a new one.

WHY WAS THE ORIGINAL DRESS GONE?

The bride’s brother claims that after receiving the original dress, she donated it to her mother for storage. The mother of the bride then hung the garment in her seldom-used wardrobe.

The grandmother wanted to be buried in her wedding gown because her husband was also laid to rest in the tuxedo he wore for their wedding, so the bride’s brother and the groom were dispatched to the wardrobe to retrieve it when their grandma passed away. The brother of the bride said, according to Kasia:

‘Grandma wanted to be laid to rest in her own wedding gown because grandpa was laid to rest in his tuxedo.

My mother instructed my future brother-in-law and me to retrieve grandma’s bridal gown from the wardrobe. Thus, we did. Just to acquire the package, we didn’t pay attention. We grabbed the bag.’

The bridegroom and his prospective brother-in-law arrived at the closet where they noticed a hanging frock and thought it was the one they were looking for.Grandma’s genuine wedding dress, however, was concealed from them in a box on the closet floor.

They had sent the wrong wedding dress to the funeral home, which was a turn of events that was quickly turning out to be bad.

The brother said that the casket was shut when Kasia questioned why no one noticed the grandmother was wearing a new wedding dress at her funeral.

Grandma was critically ill when she passed away, and the family chose that arrangement because they did not want anyone to see her in that condition.

The dress was missing, according to the groom’s brother, and they were attempting to replace it without alerting the bride to the situation when their mother discovered it two weeks after the burial. Kasia pronounced:

No one was aware that the bride’s wedding dress was on grandma, therefore the search is now on to find the dress because the bride is unaware that it is buried six feet under with grandma.

THE FAMILY CLEANS UP

Due to time constraints, the manufacturers were unable to recreate the outfit, so Kasia began to come up with solutions to assist the couple. She thought of altering their original wedding dress to resemble a sample garment, but it hadn’t been done yet.

The bride would have to acknowledge that anything had gone wrong with her wedding gown since Kasia would have to ask her to schedule a time to accomplish this.

The bride’s family eventually came to the realization that they would have to tell her the truth because there was no possible way she would remain unaware of the catastrophic malfunction with her wedding gown.

After a full day, she finally got a call from the bride’s family and talked with her. It turned out that the bride had become pregnant and needed the dress to be altered to a larger size.

There was a limit to how much the wedding dress could have been altered, though, because it was designed in mermaid shape.

Fortunately, despite the confusion with her wedding attire, the bride was not displeased. She was actually content to select a different one.

She was also not upset that her grandma had been buried in her wedding gown. Instead, the bride took the news in stride, thinking that it was probably meant to be that way.

Kasia claims that the grandmother first advised the bride to choose a flowy wedding dress rather than a mermaid-style gown.

Grandma didn’t object because she thought the fitting dress looked awful; rather, she merely preferred an A-line or ball gown silhouette for the bride.

But in the end, everything went smoothly. The bride was delighted to receive a new gown and laughed at the failure of her brother and future husband. Kasia was also pleased to have contributed to the success of their impending wedding.
