Stacy Francis, a 42-year-old single mother of two, has never had a chance to follow her singing goals.

She has a 3-year-old and a 5-month-old, and she has struggled to juggle the obligations of parenthood with her desire to pursue her love.

She admitted that trying to sing while raising two children had been incredibly challenging. ‘My babies are sleeping late at night.’

So I close the bathroom doors, enter, and start singing along to Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, or Celine Dion.

She also experienced confidence issues as a result of her awful, violent relationship. She said, ‘I just lost faith in myself.’

But Stacy is now prepared to pursue her goal! She made the decision to perform Aretha Franklin’s ‘Natural Woman’ at her audition.

And what a fantastic act she puts on! Stacy receives a standing ovation from everyone in the theater after her song.

One of the judges says, ‘I was absolutely and utterly swept away with every single word you sang.’

‘And I could tell that everyone in the room wanted you to win. You just won, too. You are fantastic.

While Stacy is listening to the encouraging words from the judges, she is overcome with emotion and has tears streaming down her cheeks.

‘Stacy, let me tell you something. Simon Cowell declares, ‘I’ve been doing this for a very long time.

‘I have never heard a better audition in my life,’ I said. You didn’t just sing it; you had faith in it. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! I cherish you.

Stacy is overjoyed as the judges give her four yeses! What a wonderful opportunity for her to have!
