There are times in life when comradery and assistance are crucial. The encouragement of friends gives you the willpower to carry on,
to live joyfully, and to know that you can always turn to them for support when times are tough.
The subsequent discussion’s events occurred in the US state of Indiana in 2018. Officer Rob Pitts, 45, of the police died while carrying out his duties.
He had been with the force for 16 years. On Friday night, Officer Pitts and his crew approached a large residential complex where a man who was wanted for murder had barricaded himself in one of the homes.

Christopher Wolf, a suspect age 21, was armed and a threat to other people. Police held out for three hours before Wolfe,
who was hidden in a second-floor flat, shot at the policemen and wounded Pitts. A group of special forces entered the flat where the suspect was hiding after the confrontation.
He was fatally shot during the shootout. Rob Pitts was injured and was taken right away to the local hospital in Terre Haute.
Unfortunately, the cop passed away a short time later, leaving his 12-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son, Dakota, orphaned. But life continued.

Dakota had to start elementary school a week later while still grieving the loss of his father, who was also his best friend.
The greatest display of support for this young child was provided by the 70 police officers who accompanied him to school.
Dakota donned his father’s badge that day, and the officers handed him a shirt from a special forces unit.
Along with taking the youngster to school and giving him gifts, the father’s coworkers also promised to constantly support him and ‘become his back.’
Dakota will always recall this day as being filled with heartfelt emotions. Much like how he will never forget that his father was a hero.
Hot On this particular day, Ryan Adamson, the authorized spokesperson for Terre’s police department, said the following:

Rob’s pals were contacted after Rob’s son Dakota requested his mother if any of his dad’s buddies could take him to school.
And instead of being indifferent, these people gave in to the boy’s request. Rob is now much missed by both his family and his coworkers.
His family and coworkers are appreciative of the time they shared with this brave man. However, a family is not necessarily made up of blood relatives; in this instance,
I believe the definition of a family went beyond the norm. We’re all members of Rob’s family. Sergeant Joe Watts of the Indiana State Police, one of Rob Pitts’ coworkers, added:
’Rob was a very decent man and an excellent officer. The sorrow we are all feeling in the wake of his loss cannot be expressed in words. We also identify with his family’s suffering.’

However, one must be ready to lose his or her life when one joins the police force. Rob tragically lost his life in the process of assisting his friends in catching the offender.
I sincerely hope that Dakota’s anguish brought on by the loss of his father will be lessened by the kind act of support given to him by police officers.
This encouragement will help the youngster realize that he always has someone to turn to for assistance in trying times.
