A student’s teacher may be many different things. Others may be gentle, while others may be strict. The gift of knowledge is one of the most priceless things a person can get,
and no one can dispute that instructors give it to their students. Teachers act as second parents to pupils and give them a safe haven away from their own homes,
but they also make sure that their students learn a thing or two from them in various subjects or professions.
Having said that, it is important to show kids that you care about them. Of course, there are a variety of approaches.
Making them proud might start with something as easy as listening to them or passing your exams. Yet,
this group of Filipino kids went above and beyond by showing their thanks for one of their instructors’ efforts on their behalf.

On August 2019, a group of Immaculate Heart of Mary School graduates from San Pedro, Laguna Province, Philippines, surprised Cesar Punzalan, their instructor, with a pair of shoes.
Punzalan had to walk an hour each way from his house to the school where he worked every day, according to Michelle Legaspi,
the person who uploaded the moving video. Punzalan’s shoes have now become old and ruined, she noted.
Legaspi asserts that Punzalan’s child is ill, suggesting that this may be one of the causes of his inability to afford his own shoes.
One of the pupils handed Punzalan a box and said in Filipino, ‘Before we start our class, here’s a gift for you.’
Punzalan asked, obviously perplexed, ‘For what?’
