A 98-year-old woman moves into a nursing home to be near her 80-year-old son so that she can…

There is no stronger bond than that between a mother and her child. Ada Keating, a remarkable 98-year-old woman,

has chosen to locate her sick 80-year-old son Tom and move in with him in a care facility in Liverpool.

Tom worked as a painter and decorator for HE Building Services prior to his retirement. He had been living with

his mother prior to moving in with her and becoming a resident at the Moss View care home due to his old age and greater need for help.

Not long after Tom checked into the facility, Ada came to visit him there.

The care facility’s manager, Philip Daniels, expressed how heartwarming it was to witness Ada and

Tom’s close relationship and how happy everyone was that they will continue to live there.

We absolutely want to make their time together as memorable as possible, said Daniels. ‘It’s really unusual

to have moms and their kids together in the same care facility.’ According to a citation by Philip Daniels, the two are inextricably linked.

Ada claimed that she frequently visited Tom in the morning to wish him a good morning and that she always said good night to him in his room.

Tom told us how much he values his mother’s ability to care for him while she is with him at the nursing home since she is so good at it.

Margi and Barbara, Tom’s two older sisters, frequently stop by the nursing home. Margi is also a frequent visitor.

It appears that not only the staff at the care facility express gratitude for their relationship,

but even online users are astounded by the strong bond that exists between this benevolent mother and her loyal son.

As they approach their senior years, Tom is extremely fortunate to have his devoted mother by his side.

Ada is overjoyed that she can care for her child by herself. Ada was right when she said, “You never stop being a mom.”
