Going to a restaurant alone is an unpleasant experience. Sitting there, surrounded by people, but without your own company, you willy-nilly feel isolated.

Let’s be honest no one wants to be a black sheep. However, sometimes when you eat alone, surprises can await you.

Such was the case with Eleanor, who unexpectedly made three new friends when she dined alone the day before her 60th birthday.

Sometimes there is no other choice but to eat alone.Maybe your friends are busy, or you don’t have many friends.

Maybe your kids are getting older and can’t find a moment for you in their busy routine. For some reason, you will find yourself at the table alone.

Eleanor faced this situation when she decided to go out for a bite to eat on the eve of her 60th wedding anniversary.

Unfortunately, her husband passed away and she had to celebrate the anniversary alone.

She was dining alone when a Good Samaritan noticed her. Jamario Howard and a few of his friends

enjoyed a meal at Brad’s Bar-B-Que.He noticed that Eleanor was sitting by herself, and this excited him very much.

Finally, Howard decided to approach Eleanor. He asked if he could join her and she didn’t mind. They chatted for a bit and he learned about how Eleanor lost her husband.

Howard felt sympathy for his companion and asked if she would like to share a meal with him and his friends. Eleanor agreed and they had a great time together.

‘She told me she lost her husband and that tomorrow was supposed to be their 60th wedding anniversary,’ Howard wrote on Facebook.
