On the occasion of his 101st birthday, legendary TV producer Norman Lear shared some words of advice.

Wonderful television hits like All in the Family, Good Times, and One Day at a Time, among others, were produced by Norman Lear.

The renowned producer recently celebrated his 101st birthday with a video for his admirers.

Normal Lear made a video for his supporters to share a few jokes on his 101st birthday. He made fun of his ‘second childhood’ in the video and undoubtedly earned a lot of chuckles.

He introduces himself at the beginning of the video, saying, ‘Norman Lear here, dribbling a bit because he’s entering his second childhood.’

I just turned 101, which is, they tell me, my second childhood, he said. In terms of the care I am receiving, it feels like that. At this age, I receive the same care that I observe children receiving.

The seasoned producer said, “So, as a 101-year-old toddler, I am thinking about two tiny words that we don’t think about enough: over and next.

When something has concluded, it has concluded, and we now have the pleasure and privilege of moving on to the following [thing].

The most accurate way I can think of to describe living in the now is if there were a hammock between those two words.

With all of you, the four-time Emmy winner continued, ‘I am living in that moment right now. Bless you everyone, and Bless our America.

Birthday greetings for the renowned Hollywood living legend rapidly filled the comment area. His contemporaries,

Producer Norman Lear is well known. He was born in Connecticut in 1922. He served in the military during World War II and was a veteran before beginning his lucrative career in Hollywood.

Sanford and Son, Mary Hartman, Maude, All in the Family, Good Times, One Day at a Time, The Jeffersons, and The Facts of Life are just a few of the iconic TV shows that Lear is credited with creating.
