Wouldn’t that be either unusual or upsetting, or even both? That, in fact, is precisely what occurred to a man named Brennan Ray, who resides in Texas,

when he had a chance meeting with a young child named Shayden Walker, who is 11 years old. The two became fast friends.

Looking for brand new companions.

The day before the Fourth of July, Shayden went to his neighbor’s house and started a sincere chat using their front door security camera.

In the video, he showed a strong desire to make new friends and stated that he was looking for kids who were between the ages of 11 and 12.

Shayden explained that the kids in the area were no longer his pals since, in his opinion, they were bullies when his neighbor,

Brennan Ray, mentioned that there were children around. Shayden and Brennan talked about the potential of Shayden playing with Brennan’s

own kids despite this setback. The unfortunate fact that Brennan’s daughter was still a toddler prevented them from becoming playmates.

Brennan was moved by their contact and made the decision to post the video on TikTok in an effort to connect with Shayden’s family and solicit their support.

He underlined in the caption how crucial it is to converse with others in order to comprehend the difficulties they encounter.

Shayden is a young man who is kind, friendly, and brave, according to Brennan, who pleaded with the TikTok community to assist Shayden in making new friends.

Brennan had no idea how much of an impact the post would have because it received so much attention and approximately 70 million views

According to his mother, Krishna Patterson, Shayden’s difficulties making friends have been linked to a number of diagnoses,

including autism, oppositional defiant disorder, bipolar disorder, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.

Brennan and his wife created a GoFundMe campaign in response to suggestions from others to do something special for Shayden.

Surprisingly, the campaign raised more than $37,000, which would help Shayden pursue his goals by helping him buy a gaming system, school supplies, and theme park passes.

Shayden announced that he intended to contribute a portion of the money to organizations that assist victims of tornadoes, the Ukrainian conflict,

and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The family also intended to take a trip, a rare luxury for Shayden since he was a little child.

In order to prevent people from wasting their hard-earned money, Krishna chose to halt the GoFundMe campaign in less than 30 hours after being overwhelmed by the outpouring of support.

She also stressed Shayden’s want for anyone who has been harassed or mistreated to get in touch with him.

She emphasized that those who engage in bullying frequently experience unspoken anguish, and their acts might serve as a release for this misery.
