When 10-year-old Adam Kornowski sings ‘Imagine,’ everyone in the room starts to cry.

Adam Kornowski, who was in fourth grade at the time, performed on stage during a modest talent show at Lakeside Elementary School in Minnesota in May 2018.

He and his family had no idea, however, that he would quickly gain notoriety online and that his performance would garner millions of views.

After starting to learn how to play the piano at age five, the 10-year-old decided to perform John Lennon’s ‘Imagine.’ One of the greatest songs ever written.

How a song can still have such an impact and arouse such powerful emotions after all these years is amazing. And Adam, the young child, certainly gave it right.

No parent in the room could remain dry-eyed by the time it was through. He was showered with compliments and gave a standing ovation. His proud mother,

Michelle, made a Facebook post. ‘A woman stopped me to say she would buy it from iTunes if I released it! He made a nice final bow, which I admire.

It’s incredible that a song can still have such an impact and evoke such strong feelings after all these years. And Adam, the little kid, definitely did it perfectly.

By the end, no parent in the room could hold back their tears. He received numerous comments and a standing ovation.
