Steve Hartman from CBS News has been ‘On The Road’ once more, and he’s returned with another remarkable tale of common folks who show us how life is a

gigantic roller coaster and can alter in the span of a single blink of an eye. You may be up right now but down the next day, or vice versa. But that is the essence of live and existing.

The loyal encounter between Roberta, a highly wealthy woman, and Elmer, a homeless guy, is the subject of this story.

And despite how dissimilar these two appear at first glance, they actually share a trait.
Elmer didn’t ask for anything in return,

but he did receive something priceless. an opportunity to restart his life. Since the goal of the project they are now working

on is to assist those in need, it won’t generate any financial benefit for them. They are not thinking about making money at all.

Roberta is the founder of the Ms. Millionaire Mindset Academy and Training Seminars in addition to being a real estate broker and media personality.

She is affluent and wise with money, but she once misplaced a $10,000 check. Even while losing that much money is never a pleasant thing, in this case it had a positive outcome.

Elmer Alvarez didn’t know it was a check when he found the piece of paper while crossing the street.

He knew it could transform his life once he discovered how much money was on it, but this compassionate man never considered cashing it.

He knew he had to find the person who owned the money as soon as he held it in his hands. That is how he came to know Roberta.

Currently, Roberta and Elmer are engaged in a sizable undertaking that will undoubtedly alter the lives of numerous people.

Elmer is no longer without a home. Elmer’s new friend helped him find an apartment, and she is covering the first seven months’

rent to give him some breathing room. He studies at the real estate institute as well. She assisted him in completely upending his life.

They are constructing a transitional home for young people in need of a boost in life who are suffering and homeless.

Roberta and Elmer are both aware of how crucial it is for someone to offer assistance when you are alone on the streets.

Elmer will act as the kids’ advisor once the place is finished. After living such a life, he would be ideal for this position.

He will no doubt assist many teens in taking control of their lives.
