When Miranda Lambert interrupted her performance of ‘Tin Man’ in Las Vegas to address a crowd of fans, the performance took an unexpected turn.

In a video that is currently going viral on TikTok, Lambert said, ‘I’m gonna stop right here for a sec, I’m sorry.’

These females aren’t listening to the song since they are preoccupied with their selfie. I’m getting a little annoyed with it.

A Request for Genuine Engagement

We’re here to hear some country music tonight,’ Lambert added, her annoyance evident. I’m singing some damn country music,’ he continued, before resuming the tune.

Fans were encouraged by her words to truly participate in the live music experience rather than concentrating on taking selfies.

Response from the Fans

Following the event, some concertgoers chose to leave the performance. One of the women snapping the photos, Adela Calin, expressed her emotions to ‘Good Morning America.’

‘She said these girls are more interested in taking selfies, and then she said sit down,’Calin remarked.

‘I thought, I feel like I’m being back in school,’ added Calin as she started to explain the experience.

‘Me and my friends did something that annoyed the teacher, and she scolded us so she told us to sit down.’

Different Views

Some concertgoers praised Lambert’s stand against excessive cell phone use, but others thought she went too far by singling out one person.
