The heartbreaking explanation for why Jon Bon Jovi will not perform at his son’s wedding…

Jon Bon Jovi may be one of the most legendary rockers of all time, with his band Bon Jovi completely dominating the charts during the 1980s

they’ve sold a whopping 130 million records, making them one of the best-selling American rock bands of all time.

Though, while the frontman may have a legion of fans who think he’s uber cool, he’s also a father to four children who most likely think he is definitely not!

Jake, his 21-year-old son, doesn’t even want his dad to sing at his wedding to Millie Bobby Brown, who plays Eleven in the Netflix series Stranger Things.

It was announced late last week by the 61-year-old musician’s future daughter-in-law that he would not be playing at their wedding.

‘I feel like that’s asking me to go and like, do a full on play for everyone,’ Brown, 19, said on Today with Hoda and Jenna.

The man doesn’t stop, therefore I suppose he needs a rest! He is constantly taking singing or tennis lessons. I believe he needs a break, perhaps a three-hour one.

The hosts and the young British actress agreed that her father-in-law should simply attend her wedding as a guest like everyone else.

She did, however, quip that he might find this a bit challenging, saying: ‘That would be wild. I doubt he’ll be able to accomplish that alone.

In the midst of wedding planning, Brown stated on the program that her fiance Jake is assisting her. Jake is really helpful and involved throughout the entire process.

It’s good that I’ve never felt alone in it. I’m constantly asking myself, ‘Is this a good idea?’ In the end, though,

it’s just going to be a very private day for the two of us, and we’re both quite happy about that,’ she remarked.

‘I enjoy spending time at home with my family and fiance. The favorite part of my day, despite how boring it is,

is when I slice the vegetables and take them to my pony, the actress concluded. So let’s hope Jon Bon Jovi will be content to be a spectator on his son’s special day!
