French fashion trendsetter Coco Chanel, who lived in the 20th century, did not seek to let strangers into her private life.

However, this year some things became clear about how his life was arranged. All thanks to rare footage from researcher Matt Neidin.

She recently visited the fashion diva’s abandoned mansion. It is located near a place called Lairg in Scotland and consists of 22 spacious rooms.

Coco Chanel liked to receive guests in the mansion, and she herself lived there almost the entire summer period.

Here she met her lover, the Duke of Westminster, created and was inspired by Scottish nature, taking a break from the hustle and bustle of big cities and catwalks.

After the fashion designer’s death, her house was sold at auction for a fabulous sum of four million dollars.

The new owners wanted to create a hotel on the site of the mansion. But for some reason their plans changed, so the house was under lock and key for years.

The researcher found out that they tried to sell the house again four years ago. However, neither owners nor potential buyers have been announced near Lairg.

That is why the house has preserved the values ​​of the times when Coco Chanel lived there. According to Neidin, she always dreamed of seeing them live.

And this man succeeded. Antique furniture, which used to belong to the fashion designer, has been preserved in the house.

But everything that has been preserved in the palace from the last century is in a terrible condition.Apparently, the house was not cleaned after the fashion designer’s death.
