When the police cut Senior’s grass, they learn the tragic story behind his exhaustion.

Police officer went to help the 83-year-old man who was having trouble mowing his grass. They didn’t expect him to be the one who motivated them.

Respectful treatment of others is a basic human right. Seeing someone who cares so much for others receive kindness is fantastic in and of itself.

They didn’t know they were helping someone special when two Anaheim police officers stopped to help an elderly man with his yard chores.

Lupe Robles was out mowing his yard on an 85-degree day.

Even while it’s not particularly hot for Southern California, Robles, who is 83 years old, is feeling the heat. To keep his grass looking well, though, he was toiling away in the heat.

The police were on routine patrol in the area and noticed Robles working so hard that they knew they had to intervene.

He was fighting with his lawnmower when Anaheim police officers Alex Ungureanu and Lorenzo Uribe drove by on Robles Street.

They pulled over in their police cruiser and offered to take over the mowing since they were concerned that the heat and exertion would be harmful to his health.

Helping our citizens is a responsibility of ours. And I believe this was a priority given the call we were on.The police then got to work right away.

Officer Ungureanu started pruning trees and figuring out what else they could do to help Robles while Officer Uribe moved up to the lawnmower and started cutting the grass.

The officer’s efforts so moved Robles’ neighbors that they started photographing them while they mowed his yard.

Robles, for one, was really appreciative. Officer Uribe served as a translator for Robles as he explained what the events meant to him:

I was incredibly appreciative. I was overjoyed. They are really fantastic. now close buddies.
The elder had spent the day performing deeds of charity, so he was worn out.

Actually, you get what you sow. Robles had helped his neighbors all day long. He had been mowing lawns and

watering plants in the yards of his neighbors since the break of dawn. He acted only out of altruism and without charge.

For him, this turns out to be nothing unusual. Since Robles has lived in the community for the past 13 years,

he has been doing this for his neighbors. It was so fortunate that the police officers stopped to help him with his own yard and give him a break on such a hot day.

The Robles’ neighbors are envious of their good neighbor.

The neighbors were amazed and affected by the cops’ generosity, but they also respected Robles’ perseverance and commitment to helping others.

One of the neighbors told this tale to show his admiration for the man: ‘This man works from about 6 or 7

in the morning till almost dusk. Even though I’m much younger than he is, I occasionally get tired of just watching him.

Added by another neighbor

‘I watch him come in here, and he’s here sometimes when it’s dark!’ Robles and the police both deserve praise for their efforts.

The police even said that Robles has evolved into their new role model due to how hard he works. These three

men show that it is always worthwhile to put up the effort necessary to better the lives of others.
