Everyone auditions for programs like American Idol, The Voice, and America’s Got Talent with the hopes of
winning over the judges and studio audience enough to advance to the next stage of the competition.
Unfortunately, that’s not always the case, and some participants in those programs don’t get past
their initial audition. The talent on stage can occasionally, though infrequently, outdo all the judges.

One of such unique and infrequent events was Mara Justine’s blind audition for The Voice. Reba McEntire,
John Legend, Gwen Stefani, and Niall Horan were all vying for her because of her stunning voice and prodigious musical talent.
The 21-year-old resident of New Jersey begins her audition, says a few words, and within seconds, judges Gwen and
John have decided they’ve had enough and have turned their chairs in favor of the contestant.
That’s not all, though. Reba follows Gwen and John a short while later,
and she is equally as greatly astonished by the young woman’s superb vocal performance. 10 seconds
following Reba, Niall, who is a little more careful, presses the button to turn his chair around.

The judges, however, pull out all the stops when the young lady has finished wow the judges and the studio
audience with her incredible version of the Elton John hit. She is desired by every squad to join.
Niall paid the young lady a huge praise and expressed his excitement to see what further she will be able to accomplish in the tournament.
It takes something, according to Niall, for someone to be willing to perform an Elton John song in the first round.
‘If this is the standard you’ve set, what can we expect from you in the future? That voice is likely to become popular in America.
