The world’s oldest parachutist, Dorothy Hoffner, died at the age of 104. When the Chicago native turned 104, she took her second and final jump. She made her first jump at the age of 100.

The brave American woman climbed to a height of about 4.1 thousand meters with the instructor to appear in the Guinness Book of Records.

She succeeded. Hoffner beat out Ruth Larson, who skydive in 2022 at age 103.

‘It was great there, everything was great, couldn’t be better, age is just a number,’ the old woman observed after the jump.
