These famous landscapes were created by an artist using organic food, and even though they appear appetizing, they actually were.
The four delicious ‘paintings,’ which are made completely of fruits and vegetables, depict some of the
most well-known sights in the UK, including Stonehenge, the Avon Gorge with its iconic suspension bridge, and Giant’s Causeway.
The delicious exhibits, which celebrate the conclusion of the 2023 harvest season, were made by Welsh artist

Nathan Wyburn with the assistance of Yeo Valley Organic chef Ali Pumfrey. They are mouthwatering recreations of well-known landscapes.
The delicious sceneries, which also feature the Ribblehead Viaduct, took the artist 48 hours to construct and used organic fresh foods including kale, strawberries, and beets.
Nathan Wyburn stated, ‘I enjoy using my craft to connect people to the natural environment and I appreciated the opportunity to accept this special task.
‘I used to visit the Avon Gorge as a child and was always in awe of the amazing natural landscape.
Thinking about how I could bring that to life through local products was a really fun process,’ the author says.
To make the sceneries come to life, he utilized 67 kilograms (approximately 150 pounds) of food, which also included soup, yogurt, and butter.

A vibrant rainbow of berries, including strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries, together
with beetroot and broccoli, were used to create the iconic bridge. Leeks and kale also offered layers of texture.
A cream of vegetable soup that was topped with cabbage, spiralized courgette, finely sliced mint, and thyme created a moody scene of the Ribblehead Viaduct.
Giants Causeway’s sunset was sculpted with coiled butter, grated cheddar cheese, and potatoes along with carrot, parsnip, and thyme soup.
Towering blocks of cheddar cheese, copious amounts of natural yogurt and kefir, plus embellishments like leeks and cabbage leaves were used to create the Stonehenge silhouette.
Many people enjoy inspecting their meal before taking a bite, even though most people believe rural scenery to be picturesquely beautiful.
‘Nature is beautiful, and we think the food you eat should be too,’ declared Ali Pumfrey.
We wish to encourage people to embrace domestic organic farming in order to preserve the natural state of our landscapes.

Following the creations, chef Ali employed the components from the landscape in new recipes, and any extras
were donated to City Harvest, which helped provide 143 meals to underprivileged families across the nation.
