At 72 years old, Jane Seymour, a former Bond girl, is still flawless and sharing her beauty secrets.

You would never guess Jane Seymour’s true age from looking at her. The Dr. Quinn, Medicine Woman actress is already in her seventies,

yet her body and face didn’t seem to realize it. Naturally, maintaining youthful beauty is difficult,

so we researched Seymour’s advice on how to age gracefully and are happy to share our results with you all.

Seymour once said that a near-death experience she experienced many years ago caused her to reconsider her beliefs about life.

‘I realized that the only things you take with you when you pass away are the love you’ve shared and the difference you’ve made,’ the woman said.

It dawned on her that everything is interconnected. I never do anything that isn’t related to my mind, body, and spirit.

Ever since, she has prioritized self-improvement and optimism, reasoning that nurturing her spirit will also benefit her physical health.

Jane revealed that her mother taught her the value of maintaining a connection to her inner self.

She claimed that her mother prioritized self-care over skincare because she was unable to afford to treat herself: ‘She never had any money and couldn’t afford any kind of facials.’

She was self-sufficient and lived by the concept that everyone has challenges in life, and that when they do,

they should embrace them, let their hearts expand, and try to help others. And [they] would help themselves by doing so.

Although it may seem that Jane is highly picky about her diet, the truth is quite the reverse. Although she acknowledged that she enjoys food and doesn’t monitor her weight,

she stressed the importance of proper nutrition, saying, ‘Diets have never really worked for me since I’m a foodie.

I adore flavor and I cultivate my own fruits and veggies. I’m not overly fond of the concept of arriving at a number on a scale, however.

The well-known actress is aware of the value of fitness, of course, but she also takes it easy on her body and is mindful of her age.

Her preferred workout regimen consists of Pilates, ‘light weights,’ ‘very careful sit-ups,’ and “some but not all’ yoga poses.

‘As you get older, you know, your body can’t function the way you’d like it to function,’ Jane reminds herself to pay attention to her body.

Sun protection is Seymour’s go-to skincare tip. ‘I think having good skin is really the secret to not aging your face,’ she previously stated.

The best anti-aging trick I know is to use retinol at night, shield yourself from the sun, use

fantastic skincare products that plump your skin, and pretty much anything that makes me feel healthy.

Jane continued by saying that she wished she had begun using sunscreen much earlier in life: ‘I don’t have many regrets,

but I do wish I could tell that younger version of myself that she shouldn’t spend those two weeks of vacation basking in the sun

with a reflector board and frying oil! But I suppose I’m lucky there because I gave up worshiping the sun a long time ago.

Finally, Seymour addressed the most important query: Has her face undergone any cosmetic surgery?

Although she says she has decided against having a facelift, she does not rule out having one in the future:

‘If there was something I could do to maintain my current appearance without altering my appearance,

I would definitely consider it.’ While I haven’t done it yet, I’m not saying I never would.

Without undergoing any cosmetic operations, Jane appears to be doing just well, and her fans seem to agree.

The timeless beauty continues to receive shocked remarks on Instagram, which was recently enhanced by her breathtaking red carpet presence.
