Welcoming kids is one of the most exciting experiences an expecting couple can have, but what if it’s twins?

Triplets? What about quadruplets? Because four bundles of joy are born just minutes apart, the experience must be exceptionally special.

This is what Julia and Jose had to go through. The couple decided to marry in 2005 because they wanted to begin a new chapter in their life.

According to a Real Stories video aired in November 2018, Jose already had a son from a previous relationship, but because they were both in their 30s, they wanted to have their own children.

It wasn’t simple at first since the couple realized they were having ‘few problems’conceiving children, and when they saw a medical specialist,

it was revealed that the reason they were having difficulty was due to Julia’s age at the time because she wasn’t ovulating consistently.

Their story started when the woman eventually became pregnant, which was a miracle. They began organizing their lives for their new little one during the course of the following few months.

When the doctor announced that they were expecting a ‘multiple pregnancy’ during an ultrasound,

they initially believed it would be twins and were stunned to learn it was actually quadruplets.

Jose stated that Julie started crying when he mentioned that there were actually four babies in the room.

Julie was the 27th woman in the world to conceive quadruplets naturally at the time, which is quite uncommon.

They were ecstatic, but they were also very concerned since they had been informed of the possible risks to the mother and her four unborn children.

Despite being two months premature, all of the babies were born via cesarean in 2006, when Julie was seven months pregnant and one of the babies was having difficulty surviving in the womb.

At 29 weeks, all four of the infants survived, and their combined weight was less than three pounds.

Ellie, Holly, Jessica, and Georgina were their names. Because they were all girls and essentially

the same, Julie would write their initials on their feet to help distinguish them when they were little.

After they all returned home, the contented family continued to lead a busy yet happy life together.

Jose and Julie made the choice to embrace the quadruplets’ similar appearance by dressing them alike, feeding them the same meals, and giving them the same toys.

The girls in the movie continued to have a good time engaging with other kids as they went through their first day of elementary school together.

Years later, in March 2023, the four girls—who are now young women—were featured in images that were shared on social media. They were celebrating their 17th birthday at the time.

Ellie, Holly, Jessica, Georgina, and their dog were content as they opened their gifts as a group.

They all grew up to have spectacles and frizzy hair. Based on the gifts they received for the important occasion, it appeared that they had developed different preferences.
