An act of the finest caliber was performed by a woman who is already 98 years old. Nanna Merle makes sure the penguins enjoy a warm and safe day since she is a kind person.

The small penguins have clothing made by this generous grandmother.

She has eighteen years of experience in her field.Her first stitching experience dates back to 1998. She took this action when there was a chance an oil leak may occur.

The mother penguin knits gorgeous and warm sweaters for her young charges.She provides the penguins on Phillip Island with these sweaters.

The juvenile penguins are dressed in brightly colored, woolly clothing to keep them from consuming oil.

They must wear these sweaters to shield themselves from the oil because it could be damaging to them.
