His parents said to the Daily Mail that they were instantly enamored with the unusual tattoo.

‘I was the first to see the birthmark after a nurse cleaned the blood on his head,’ his father Murat, who is from Ankara in Turkey,

said in a heartfelt statement to the news source. I was taken aback. It had an incredible heart, I discovered when I came to close his head. I had a hard time controlling my tears.

The nurse cried out, ‘Oh my God, unbelievable, he is a love baby,’ he went on. Three more people then arrived and took some selfies.

His mother broke down in tears at seeing him and his birthmark. It truly seemed like a divine gift. None of us felt bad about anything. We think he had his chance from birth.

Murat clarified that his son enjoys a large following. ‘Everyone loves him and smiles at us as we walk around.

‘The nurses and doctors know him and refer to him as the ‘Hearted boy’ when we visit the hospital for an examination. He already has a large following,’ he went on.
