If you watch the popular political drama series ‘Blue Bloods’ on CBS, there’s a good chance you’re familiar with Bridget Moynahan.
The actor is portraying Erin Reagan, a New York County assistant district attorney who is a single mother.
Moynahan has gained a lot of notoriety in the public after taking on the role in 2010.
When Moynahan became fifty-one, she started acting roles in TV shows and movies, which helped her expand her acting career.
She has starred in several movies, including ‘The Sum of All Fears,’ ‘Gray Matters,’ ‘Ramona and Beezus,’ ‘Lord of War,’ and ‘I, Robot.’ But these are just a handful.
The fact that Moynahan played a significant role in the Keannu Reeves-directed American neo-noir action thriller series ‘John Wick’ is especially remarkable.
Reeves played Helen Wick, the character’s wife, in several movies, including ‘John Wick: Chapter 2’ and ‘John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum,’ the first movie.
Moynahan’s beauty has held up over the course of her career, much like the beauty of many other Hollywood stars.
One of her most well-known roles to this day is that of Natasha Naginsky from the American romantic
comedy-drama television series ‘Sex and the City,’ in which she first gained popular recognition.
Moreover, Moynahan’s diverse personal history has challenged her to discover who she is in a multitude of ways.
She also works in television and film in addition to this. She was dating well-known NFL quarterback Tom Brady,
with whom she had a child a few months after their breakup. Regarding Moynahan, she is currently living in an extended and blended family after finally finding Andrew Frankel,

the man she will spend the rest of her life with. Read on to learn more about Moynahan’s multicultural family and how things came together after she broke up with the football player.
Kathryn Bridget Moynahan, the actress best known for her part in the television series ‘Six Degrees,’ was born in Binghamton, New York, on April 28, 1971.
She was born to Edward Bradley, a scientist, and Mary Bridget, a former teacher, making her the second child in the family overall.
Moynahan’s younger brother, Sean, is a potter, and his older brother, Andy, works as a computer programmer.
Of the three brothers, Moynahan is the youngest. When she was seven years old, her family moved to Massachusetts, which led her to select Longmeadow High School as her preferred high school.
Even though she had always identified as a tomboy, her early interests did not stop her from pursuing a career in modeling once she finished from high school.
When Moynahan moved to New York City at the age of 18, she started to appear on the covers of magazines like Vogue,
Elle, and even Glamour. She had already landed modeling gigs at Springfield, Massachusetts department stores before this.
After being inundated with modeling offers, Moynahan chose to focus on acting and started securing shampoo commercials.
Eventually, she landed the role of Natasha Naginsky on the HBO series ‘Sex and the City,’ which took home the Outstanding Drama Series Emmy.
Although Moynahan plays somewhat of a contemporary character in television and film, she is actually a traditional young woman.
Moynahan stated in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar that she believes his child needs “a strong male figure” in his life.
As a girl who upholds traditional values and is adamant about marriage, I had always thought that this is how I would go about doing this.
There was a little moment in time when I could not accept that this was how I was going to start a family.
Moynahan is referring to the circumstance in which she was forced to raise a child on her alone, even though it was not her choice. In this instance,
she found out she was pregnant subsequent to ending her relationship with her then-boyfriend, Brady.
In a 2007 People Magazine article, Moynahan disclosed that she was expecting a child with Brady, who would go by the name John Edward ‘Jack’ Moynahan.
Moynahan described the experience of welcoming a child during a media frenzy as ‘traumatic’in an interview with Harper’s Bazaar.
Everyone was completely taken aback by this, given that Brady had recently begun dating the model Giselle Bundchen.
Both Brady and Moynahan decided to split up the parenting duties, and the football player eventually married Bundchen in 2009.
In her autobiography, Bundchen acknowledged that learning of Moynahan’s pregnancy had completely turned her world upside down.
Similarly, Moynahan believed that her child shouldn’t have to grow up learning upsetting things about her parents because of the media attention they received.

In her book ‘Our Shoes, Our Selves,’ Moynahan wrote that she ‘felt assaulted’ because of the intense scrutiny
and notoriety they endured, despite the fact that “having a baby should have been the most joyous time’ of her life.
Brady, on the other hand, intended to put off starting a family until he was in his 30s. But like Bundchen and Moynahan, he was equally shocked to learn that Moynahan was expecting her first child.
Moynahan claimed that despite everything, she regretted having a child on her own for ‘not a single second.’
I’ve changed into the kind of mother I used to be afraid of. You can be positive he is a genius the moment he does anything. She said, ‘He is a genius,’ because she was raising Jack by herself.
Nevertheless, as time goes by, Brady and Moynahan decide to divide up Jack’s parental duties. Even though their challenging family dynamic is not common,
they seem to find a way to make it work for them. Brady participates in identical activities that Bundchen and Moynahan do in an attempt to work together and get along.
When questioned about her ‘bonus child,’Jack, in an interview with Us Magazine, Bundchen replied, ‘He made my heart expand in ways I didn’t know was possible.’
In terms of Moynahan’s belief that her child should have a ‘strong male figure’ in his life, as well as her wish to raise her children with a partner, lover,
and friend who are on par with her own, she found that he was the ideal individual to meet these needs. Moynahan married successful businessman Andrew Frankel in a Hamptons ceremony in 2015.

The couple had invited their closest friends to a private ceremony they had planned after their brief engagement.
They were shocked since they didn’t know that Frankel and Moynahan would be the ones being married, even though the invitation stated that it was a harvest moon ceremony.
Moynahan gave her small wedding a lot of thought, and it was informal, rustic, and farm-style. The handmade
J. Mendel dress was everything she could have dreamed of and more for her autumnal wedding. Fans are ecstatic for Moynahan because she has finally
found the happy ending she has been waiting for, after years of intense media attention and controversy following her breakup with Brady.
On her special day, a large crowd greeted her as she made her way through the thick foliage that spanned acres.
Though Moynahan’s family dynamics would make ‘traditional’ ladies shudder, she is not at all appreciative of them right now.
She is still Frankel’s stepmother for the three children from her previous marriage, even though she and
Frankel are not parents to any children together. The kids Brady and Bundchen have on their side of the family are named Benjamin and Vivien.
In an interview with More Magazine, Moynahan shared the following thoughts about their mixed family, which Us Magazine then quoted:
My child has a big extended family consisting of grandparents, stepmothers, cousins, and boyfriends
in addition to her two devoted parents. My child is surrounded by an endless amount of affection.
