After revealing his cancer diagnosis, fans of Caught in Providence have gone to social media to show their support for Judge Frank Caprio.

The most well-known aspect of Frank Caprio’s career as a chief judge of Providence, Rhode Island’s municipal

court is his role as ‘the kindest judge in the world’ on the reality TV series Caught in Providence, which debuted in 2018.

Recalling his birthday as ‘one of the happiest days of the year,’ the well-known TV judge

‘I got a lot of amazing messages from people all over the world when I recently celebrated my 87th birthday,’ he says. There is nothing like this birthday that I have ever had.

‘I had a medical examination recently because I wasn’t feeling well, and the results weren’t good.’

Judge Caprio acknowledges that he suffers from pancreatic cancer, characterizing it as a ‘sly kind of cancer.’

He discloses that he is seeing physicians from two different states—Rhode Island and Boston, Massachusetts.

He goes on, ‘I pray that God directs their hands, their thoughts, and how they treat me.’ Even though I know I still have a long way to go, I’m prepared to put up a fierce fight.

‘What can I do for you?’ is a question I get asked a lot. I want to thank each and every one of you for your friendship and beautiful sentiments first and foremost.

But I would like to ask each of you to offer a prayer in your own unique way for me. I believe that prayer,

together with the medical treatment I’m getting, is the most powerful tool I have to help me get through this. I need to use it.

It means the world to me to know you’re thinking of me. Thus, I want to thank you for everything you’ve said thus far,

for your kind support, and please remember that this is just a small prayer. I would be appreciative.
