A video that was uploaded to YouTube demonstrates how one deer is a big fan of William Shakespeare. In the footage,
a white-tailed deer can be seen standing not far behind the man who is standing in front of the camera.
Prior to beginning to read, the guy poses a question to the untamed creature, to which the deer gives a humorous response.

‘How are you today?’ the man queries the creature.
A few seconds later, the deer slams one foot down and lets out a loud sigh as it looks in the man’s direction.
The man discerns the mood of the deer based on its answer. ‘Bossy,’ he remarks. Alright, let me read to you.

The man decides to read one of Shakespeare’s sonnets again, but then the deer steps forward.
Is it yes or no? he asks the creature. ‘All right, I’ll read to you.’
The deer, discreetly listening behind him, enters the chosen reading at that point.
However, the animal sighs again a few seconds into the reading, appearing to be annoyed. Is the animal dissatisfied with the way he’s reading it or with how quickly he’s reading it?
The man turns to face the deer and replies, ‘Give me a second,’as the animal lets out another sigh.
The man looks back at the audience member who is interested in animals after finishing his reading and requests comments.

The man asks the deer who enjoys Shakespeare, ‘Was I good?’ Funny enough, the animal gives him a seemingly amused ‘yes’ by dipping its head up and down.
As the funny video illustrates, no two animals are precisely same. Shakespeare is a favorite author for certain deer, but more recent works could appeal to others.
