There’s a good reason why the 1984 smash hit ‘Footloose’ is regarded as a cult classic. Not only are the performances and storyline incredibly engaging,

but the dancing and music are also highly captivating. That people still enjoy this movie after some time has gone shouldn’t come as a surprise.

This 2011 film perfectly illustrates the happiness that the music may provide to someone who is looking to dance, even in the strangest of environments.

Anybody could be motivated to put on their dancing shoes and hit the dance floor by the theme song’s infectious quality.

This is why it shouldn’t be shocking that YouTuber Preston Leatherman decided to video a performance

of himself dancing in public to post on his channel, using the song ‘Footloose’ as his soundtrack.

Target was Preston’s choice for his dance floor. Preston threw himself around the retail store like he was the only person there,

dancing and flailing. Only he could hear the music since he was wearing his earbuds so securely in his ears.

Some patrons seemed to be completely unaware of the situation, but others seemed to stop what they were doing in order to watch the crazy dancing person.

Even though they couldn’t hear the music, a few of the more animated patrons even dropped what they were doing to join Preston in dancing.

Regardless of who it is, everyone leaves after seeing him grinning. It’s hard not to smile when you witness someone dancing with such a radiant zest for life.
