A short clip that was shared on Instagram demonstrates the kind of devotion and love that the Lord most likely had in mind when He established the institution of marriage.

Even the most stoic and emotionless person will probably cry a tear or three after seeing this video.

A spouse is seen seated in front of his wife in the footage. Her hands are continuously trembling.

Unfortunately, her illness prevents her from applying makeup on herself. As seen in the video, this had made her feel depressed and hopeless. However,

her devoted husband hired a makeup artist to show him the right technique in an attempt to restore his wife’s grin.

The spouse closely and intently follows the cosmetic artist’s instructions as she is seated off to the side.

He glances back at the cosmetic artist after doing one of her eyes and requests assurance.

Is it good, he queries.
The wife claims, ‘I just don’t feel right without makeup on.’

Subsequently, the man applies lipstick to his wife while tenderly grabbing her face. The loving spouse is told by the makeup artist that he did a ‘really good job’ when the tutorial is over.

The husband’s body language conveyed how much he valued what she said. His shoulders immediately relaxed, which probably meant that he was anxious since he really wanted to make his wife smile again.

The spouse holds up a mirror so that the wife can check his makeup application after he is done. She breaks down in tears right away, overcome by their love and generosity for her.

She says, ‘Oh, honey, I look beautiful.’ ‘Now I look like myself!’
