The restaurant transforms into a dancing floor the moment an old couple hears their beloved song…

When most of us imagine getting older, we picture ourselves as being stuck in our beds, unable to engage in social activities,

or dwelling in the memories we made when we were younger. For one elderly couple, however, this is not the case!

This Texas-based pair not only showed an astonished audience that growing older is something to be celebrated, but also that we shouldn’t be afraid of it!

This husband and wife team decided to go to a restaurant while they were on holiday in Canada. After hearing Keith Mullins’

calming voice—he was the one who posted the video on YouTube—they were drawn inside the establishment where patrons were dining and enjoying live music.

Things only more interesting when Mullins began playing an acoustic version of Bruno Mars’ ‘Uptown Funk’

Bruno Mars is a master at drawing in younger listeners, yet his songs are frequently misconstrued as belonging to an older generation of music tastes.

These two chose to reject prejudice in all its forms by getting up from their chairs. The two people are seen grinning from ear to ear as they dance around the room.

To the great amazement and wonder of the spectators, this loving couple not only accepted contemporary music, but they also got down and danced like the best of them.

One thing that the success of this film makes abundantly clear is that our age does not define who we are or the actions we take on a daily basis.

A significant portion of the population believes that growing older is a process that no one looks forward to.

Instead, we should use these situations as a chance to express who we are and partake in activities that go against the standards that are widely accepted in society.

Accept that this is how life was meant to be lived—full of spontaneity and adventure!
