Elizabeth Taylor fans are threatening to boycott a new documentary about the Hollywood legend because of Kim Kardashian’s involvement.
BBC Arts and Oscar-winning production company Passion Pictures have teamed up to create a new documentary series about Elizabeth Taylor.

The three-part series, tentatively titled Elizabeth Taylor. Rebel Superstar’ aims to ‘give Taylor the prominence she deserves.’
Kardashian will be one of the three executive producers of the series, and will also appear in the series and talk to Taylor about her company.
The reality star called Taylor one of her idols and was the last person the 79-year-old legendary actress interviewed shortly before her death in 2011.
But despite the promise of presenting Taylor’s life from a unique and never-before-seen perspective, that’s not enough to convince some of her fans.

One of the users on X social network wrote: ‘Shame on @BBC!’ Others threatened to boycott the series. ‘No, absolutely not.This is demeaning to Elizabeth Taylor.’
However, there were also those who defended Kim. ‘It will be exciting to see how the series explores the life and legacy of such an iconic figure.
Kim’s participation will certainly bring a unique perspective to the project.’ ‘Remember she’s the last person to interview Elizabeth Taylor.’
