Most people’s least favorite season is probably winter. For almost everyone, the winter months can be dangerous and more challenging.
Schools are delayed and traffic becomes more challenging due to the snow, ice, extremely low temperatures, and bone-chilling wind chills. With all that, who wants to deal?
However, for those with disabilities—especially those who are restricted to wheelchairs—the snow and ice that usually accompany winter may make life incredibly more difficult.

One young Ohioan man who works as an Amazon delivery driver appeared to be aware of this, as seen by a YouTube video.
He paused on his delivery route to clear snow off Don Wheeler’s home’s wheelchair ramp.Usually, Don has to handle such task by himself. It can take several hours or even days to finish, as he explains.
Don stated, “It can take me hours even.’ ‘I’ve had to shovel for two days at times.’ Don, however, did not need to shovel himself on one snowy day. He received some assistance.
‘My package was the next delivery, according to the message I received,’ he added. ‘And as I was about to go outside and pick up some shovels, I thought, ‘Maybe I should meet the guy outside.’’
Subsequently, Don became aware of a peculiar noise outside his front door.Don remarked, ‘I realized I started hearing shoveling noises.’ ‘I thought to myself, ‘Is someone shovelling my ramp?’’

Don was right when he peered out his window to see the Amazon delivery guy putting in a lot of effort to clear the snow off the wheelchair ramp.
The young man grinned and continued delivering items, without responding to the Don’s attempts to thank him for his generous efforts. Don claims that not even his name was mentioned by the delivery driver.
Don remarked, ‘It was straight from the heart.’
That young man did such a sweet and considerate thing. He took action after recognizing a need; it was an unplanned act of kindness that had a profound impact on Don.
