It is one of the hardest things about being a parent—talking to a baby is one of the hardest things about it.

This has led to the emergence of sign language as a common substitute for spoken communication in families.

Sign language appears to be a workable option if you’re looking to improve communication or provide your child a better life.

Numerous studies have shown that youngsters can use and understand sign language well before they can speak.

Madison’s parents, Courtney and Zach Lotane, decided to start teaching their daughter American Sign Language for a different reason.

Zach was deaf, but he could read lips, so he and his daughter were able to communicate through American Sign Language (ASL) as a substitute.

When asked about the advantages sign language has given him and his daughter, Zach became quite agitated.

Zach stated that he enjoys talking to her, studying her sign, and observing her facial expressions. I sense a bond between us.

Courtney loved witnessing the relationships Madison had with her husband. She was pulled up by Zach while he signed the word

‘tree’ when they were outside with Madison and Zach. One of the most remarkable times in her life is this one.

Zach and Courtney were also amazed by Madison’s proficiency in sign language, as are many other parents

who teach their kids the language.
Even though she can’t talk yet, Zach thinks she can still communicate. The word is incredible.

Zach and Courtney’s top priority is for Madison to have the chance to learn American Sign Language so that she can lay the groundwork for her future.

Zach remarked, ‘I want her to be able to accept herself and be able to interact with different types of people.’ ‘I want her to possess both abilities.’
