The young couple was on their honeymoon and was leaving for Jamaica. After getting married in 2022, the couple could now finally embark on their honeymoon. The two had much to be happy about.

The note requested information from the flight attendant on her husband Josh’s diagnosis of stage 4 cancer,

his treatment with chemotherapy and radiation, and his surgical procedures to remove part of his diaphragm,

his right lung, his thymus gland, and his heart lining. She was also requested to bring up the fact that he had been on life support twice.

‘He fought for his life and is now cancer-free and on his way to his honeymoon in Jamaica!” is how she closes the note. I’d like you to join me in giving Josh the loudest cheer possible!

The footage shows that when the flight attendant read the note, the aircraft cheered and applauded.

In 2020, Josh received a stage 4 Thymoma cancer diagnosis. His body began to swell in other areas, which is how he ended up on life support.

The young couple is enjoying their health here in 2024, and Haley wants to share that with everyone on the aircraft.

Warmest regards for the beginning of a new chapter in Haley and Josh’s lives. It is understandable that his wife wanted to spread the word about their great blessing of being cancer-free.
