The floor was the first thing he thought about. He replaced it with new flooring after deciding it

was too worn out and outdated. The spotlights were precisely sized to fit into a plasterboard construction that was selected.

The largest obstacle he faced came from the furniture, which he addressed next. He made the decision

to make a countertop out of the empty area left by the sand on the windowsill. It functions as a dining room and an office.
