The Make-A-Wish Foundation is well known for providing children with memories they won’t soon forget, even if they only have a short window of opportunity to do so.

However, a cunning ploy executed with the assistance of a willing airplane pilot and patrons provided a child named Jacob with an encounter that was on par with meeting John Cena or Michael Jordan.

The pilot abruptly said over the microphone that he was proud of the young man, Jacob, who was traveling with his mother.

The pilot notes that while Jacob still wants to visit Disney (sic), ‘according to your most recent exam, you have many more years to take all the trips you could ever dream of,’ which was posted on TikTok by the story feed @bestindid.

Upon seeing three passengers in the row behind them putting up colorful placards that read ‘You Are Cancer Free!’, the pilot motions for the ‘big man’ to get up and check behind him.

As Jacob and his mother reunited in the aisle, cheers broke out, and people commented on the video, either sharing their own stories or just expressing how much they were sobbing.
