Every adolescent hopes to meet their idol, the famous person! It makes sense that you would want to meet the person you most like and look up to.

But their dream also starts to erode as reality seeps in. For this 13-year-old, though, no! She was not only able to meet her idol singer,

but he also took her by surprise! In a Canadian mall, Sydney Bourbeau was performing for a benefit for the Humane Society in the area.

In addition, she was performing the blockbuster song “Thinking Out Loud” by Ed Sheeran live on stage.

She was unaware, though, that the Grammy-winning British pop artist was there in the same shopping center!

The performer was alongside Murray Cummings, his cousin. They began planning after hearing a live performance of the song!

Going to sing a song, Sheeran nonchalantly responds when Cummings asks what he’s going to do. Additionally, he approaches the teenager directly up the platform,

who gasps and puts her hand in her mouth. She seems a little shaken up at first, but she gets over it fast. And she keeps killing the song in their duet together!
