There is a law in the state of New Jersey, USA, according to which all owners of houses and lots must keep them tidy and clean, paint and repair them on time, so that the street looks neat and beautiful.

But, unfortunately, there are people who simply cannot adhere to such requirements.Some simply don’t have the money for all this, and some people’s health and age do not allow it.

Such was the case with an elderly teacher named Ann Glancey, who could no longer keep her house and yard in order.
