Blake Lively, who is well-known for having a good sense of humor, made light of Kate Middleton and the controversies surrounding her in order to sell her products.
The Princess of Wales swiftly issued an apology in response to criticism after making public her devastating diagnosis. Fans, however, believe that her ‘apology’ is insufficient.
Since Kate Middleton, Princess of Wales, revealed earlier this year that she needed abdominal surgery, there has been much conjecture in the public about her health.
When a number of well-known news sites took down a picture of Middleton with her children due to possible tampering, this curiosity
became even further. Kate’s admission that she wasn’t very good at photo editing didn’t really quiet the media uproar.
Lively had uploaded an image in a since-deleted post that was obviously Photoshopped for comedic effect.
It showed an enormous lemon falling from the sky, a playful reference to exaggerated photo manipulation. The pictures, which she also posed for,
served as advertisements for her beverage companies. I’m thrilled to present this brand-new image
I took today to reveal our four newest…products! You now understand my absence,’ she said as the caption.
The actress posted on her Instagram account, saying, ‘I know nobody gives a damn today, but I feel like I have to admit this.’
I published a joke post about the craze for ‘photoshop fails,’ and holy crap, that post makes me laugh so hard now. I apologize. Love and best wishes are always being sent to everyone.
Fans are upset that Blake omitted Kate’s name from the apologies. We don’t require your affection or best wishes. One user wrote, ‘You owe it to one person!’ under Blake’s picture.
‘I genuinely liked you, but joining the bandwagon and making fun of the Princess has severely damaged my perception of you!
‘Shame on you…because you should know at your age that you can’t undo hurting someone,’ another person said.
