The declining state of Jack Nicholson’s health has been well known for some time. The eminent performer hasn’t been spotted in public for well over a year, and reports claim he has dementia.

Indeed, his closest friends are afraid of the 85-year-old actor because of his self-isolating behavior. He unofficially retired from acting in 2010.

The Academy Oscar winner’s son, Ray Nicholson, and he were last seen together at a Lakers game in October 2021, but little else is known about his current health.

According to several sources, the One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest actor’s behavior, or lack thereof, is a huge source of worry for his pals because he ‘doesn’t leave his house anymore.’

Since the general public is unaware of the precise state of his cognitive faculties, it is also asserted that ‘his mind is gone.’

Nicholson is believed to spend the majority of his time in his Beverly Hills home. His most recent leading role was in the 2010 movie How Do You Know.

Before the actor purchased and demolished Brando’s home in 2005, after Brando’s passing, the actor and his close friend Marlon Brando shared a road known as Bad Boy Drive.

According to a source who talked with Radar Online, Nicholson has recently been unusually private.

He’s made it clear that his house is his fortress. But, the insider claimed that some people want want

him to leave the house and appear to them, or at the absolute least, reassure them that he is okay.

Another insider informed the publication that although Jack still keeps in touch with some of his relatives, especially Ray, his protégé, of whom he is extremely proud.

Perhaps it’s not so odd that the 85-year-old wants to keep himself hidden from the prying eyes of others given that he is said to be in a state of deteriorating mental health.

Ironically, his actions have begun to be compared to those of the late Marlon Brando.
